These Terms & Conditions govern your use of r444 and every service available at r444.team. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing r444 — whether through a browser, the r444 Android app, or any other method — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy. These documents form the complete agreement between you and r444.

r444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with r444, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• Register with accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• Not already hold an active r444 account.

One account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Attempts to create duplicate accounts to claim multiple new-member bonuses will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all winnings.

3. Account Rules and Security

Your login credentials

KYC verification

r444 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before your first withdrawal, you must submit one of: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Documents are reviewed within 2 hours during business hours. Incomplete or fraudulent documents will lead to account suspension.

Prohibited conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players.
• Using r444 for any money-laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Abusing the bonus system (see Section 6).

4. Deposits and Payments

r444 accepts the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer.

The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account within 2 minutes under normal conditions. r444 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). You are responsible for any currency-conversion costs if your payment account operates in a different currency.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳25,000 (Bronze tier; higher tiers have increased limits)
• Processing time: within 30 minutes for verified accounts
• First-time withdrawal: allow up to 2 hours for additional identity checks

r444 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if unusual activity is detected. Withdrawal requests that fail KYC checks will be returned to the account wallet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by r444 — including the welcome offer, reload bonus, daily cashback, and referral reward — are subject to the following base conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳500.
• Wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus validity: 7 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Daily cashback: 1.5% on net losses, credited within 24 hours. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.
• Referral bonus: ৳300 credited when a referred friend completes their first deposit of at least ৳500.
• Reload bonus: 25% on qualifying subsequent deposits; terms vary per promotion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, structured depositing to game wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7. Gameplay and Fair Use

r444 hosts games from Evolution, Spribe, PG Soft, KA Gaming, and CQ9. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) figure is displayed on its information panel within the lobby. Advertised RTP values are theoretical long-term averages; individual sessions will vary.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection — the outcome recorded on r444's servers is final. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your wallet. r444 is not liable for losses resulting from your internet connection issues.

8. Responsible Gaming

On termination, any balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC is complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

r444 provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, r444 is not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits arising from platform downtime.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence on r444's part.

12. Changes to These Terms
